As a boutique business that takes on limited projects, we are able to be actively on-site and approachable every day, collaborating with clients, designers or architects to answer questions, find solutions and ensure the project is tracking against all deliverables.

Director and Operations Manager
Ian has followed his passion for building his entire life, winning multiple awards for his carpentry work. Whilst still enjoying time onsite and on the tools, he now combines his practical expertise with project management acumen to look after operations, including procurement, scheduling of work, office administration, and client interaction. He is constantly striving to improve the company’s operations and reputation, making the building experience better for clients, architects and the Lisney Construction team.
Director and Construction Manager
Michael runs all onsite operations and is the main point of contact for both the architect and client during all phases of construction. His outstanding skills as both a carpenter and a builder allow him to lead the construction team from the front, creating a culture that celebrates attention to detail, quality and communication. Calm, approachable and incredibly organized, Michael is the man you want in your corner when building your dream home.
